Hey Y'all !! Welcome to the first ice cream dessert in my new NO CHURN Ice Cream series... I'm letting Summer go out with a bang and I'm sharing all my secrets with YOU !!

NO CHURN STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM
2 cups fresh strawberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
juice of half a lime
Add berries, sugar and lime juice to a medium sized pot and bring to boil over medium high heat.
Continue to boil for additional 5-7 minutes
Remove berries and allow them to cool
8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon PURE vanilla extract
1 tub cool whip
1 sleeve graham crackers crushed
Add cream cheese to bowl of stand mixer or bowl if doing by hand or a hand mixer.
Add in condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix until completely smooth.
FOLD in cool whip
Once it is folded in, carefully fold ]berries into your base. only folding 3-4 times. until the blueberries have swirled through batter, alternate adding ice cream mixture and graham cracker crumbs to freezer safe containers. Freeze for at least 5 hrs.
