Matunga is an area that served the most authentic South indian food in Mumbai and I thought of filming the famous A Rama Nayak Udipi Shri Krishna Boarding Thali experience. Eating on a banana leaf is common across Indian culture and especially in South India a banana leaf Indian meal is what is very common. While there are a lot of options to eat thali in Mumbai, an authentic south Indian thali is quite rare in Mumbai and this is the best place to enjoy it.
