HOW TO PAINT ELF EARS WITH MAKEUP! I recently bought a huge pair of latex elf ears from Cosplay FX. While they are very high quality ears, they do not match my skin tone at all! And to add, the original color of the ears is very flat, yellow and lifeless. SO! I warmed them up and adjusted the tone to match my skin color better. How do you paint latex elf ears? This simple cosplay tutorial will teach you how to better match your elf ears to your skin color using the makeup you likely already have and use.
*NOTE: These finished elf ears will match your skin tone best when your face is covered in makeup. This tutorial will not give you perfect results, but it will help get you closer to achieving a more realistic look for your LARP, cosplay or alternative outfit.
**DOUBLE NOTE! Yeah, I went with the big ones partially because Jak's ears are epic and I'm a lame old-school gamer. BUT! These ones will also show up better under my floof of a wig. :)
