Cotroceni neighborhood is a quiet, peaceful residential area, perfect for a relaxing stroll.
The weather was pretty cold and windy when we visited, but a visit during the summer is highly recommended.
Our walk started at the Bucharest National Opera House and ended at the colorful stairs that attract plenty of photo lovers.
