Quick Tip: Fast Forward & Rewind in YouTube

Instead, while watching YouTube videos on your iOS devices, double-tap on the screen to the right to Fast Forward and Double-tap on the left

Double tap once: 10 secs
Double tap twice: 20 secs

Keep tapping to go forward or backwards in 10 second increments
