Here is a quick and simple guide on how to change the battery in your S60 Key Fob. This process will be the exact same for any fob that looks like this one. You will need two of the 2430 batteries and a small flat tip screwdriver. First start by removing the mechanical key. Do so by sliding the silver hatch to the side and sliding out the physical key. Once you have the mechanical key out, use the screwdriver to pop out the half that is seated within the casing. Once you have that out, replace both batteries. The one on the bottom should be + side facing up and the one on the top should be + side facing down. Clip that piece back into the housing and place your mechanical key back into the slot.
