Gibson ES335 and Gibson Les Paul. As a pair of Gibson’s most iconic instruments, they have many similarities as well as some unique differences, and while both guitars excel in almost any application, each also may suit different players better than the other. First we have my 335, aptly named Saint Joseph, which is from 2010. Next we have my Les Paul named Michelle, which is a Classic Model from 2008. Each guitar has been modified with Tone Man Guitar 50s Style wiring harnesses with vintage paper in oil capacitors, and they both have sets of Porter Pickups. The 335 has Porter Anthems, which are their take on classic PAFs, and the Les Paul has Porter Blenders.
