The fully automatic packing line is a highly automated packaging system. The entire line is usually composed of multiple key parts, including a box supply device, a box grabber, a box packer, a filling device, a box sealing device, and a conveyor belt.
During the working process, the box supply device is first responsible for transporting the empty box to the designated location. Then, the box grabber grabs and opens the empty box to prepare for packing. The box packer accurately packs the products into the box according to the preset quantity and arrangement. The box sealing device seals the box with the product, and performs subsequent processing such as labeling and palletizing.
