Simple and tasty snack senagapapu chegodilu||Devi's Food Recipe
Hi friends ! Welcome to my channel Devi's Food Recipe
Required ingredients
1.Chana dal (1 cup soaked for 2 hours )
2.Rice flour (2 cups )
3.Salt(as per your requirement preferably 1spoon)
4.Butter (2 spoons)
5.Chilly powder (as per your requirement preferably ½ spoon)
6.Paste of Green chilles,Cumin, ginger paste (½ spoon)
7.Turmeric (little bit )
Procedure :Take a pan add two cups of water add turmeric ,salt ,chilli powder, butter.Mix them well and boil it.Add 2 cups of rice flour in medium flame,mix well and cool it .Later make the mixture into ball.Take a butter paper, apply oil.Take the mixture using chanadal and make chegodilu.Take a pan add oil and heat.Dip the prepared chegodilu in the oil one by one and fry in a medium flame.Check if they cook well take them to serve.
