3 steps to eliminating PCOS Fatigue
1. Fix sleep deprivation by establishing a relaxing evening routine. 10 hours before bed turn off all electronics, stop drinking alcohol and do some relaxing activities like meditation, reading yoga or crafting.
3. Check to make sure you are not vitamin B-12 efficient. Metformin and birth control pills can cause low vitamin B-12. Low vitamin B-12 will cause feeling of fatigue.
