PASTA WITH MUSHROOMS AND CREAM
INGREDIENTS:
1 x 500grm packet pasta
3 x packed cups of sliced mushrooms
150ml fresh cream
salt to taste
70ml x olive oil
3 x tablespoons parmigiano cheese
METHOD:
-cook pasta as per packet instructions
-heat oil in pan on high heat
-add mushrooms season with salt to taste
-cook mushrooms till golden brown, stirring constantly
-once pasta is cooked add to pan with mushrooms
-then add parmigiano and fresh cream
-cook until cream has reduced and become thick and smooth
-serve immediately
