Finally got around to replacing the muffler with some Velocity AP GT4 straight pipes. Setup is Velocity AP headers, sport cats, x-pipe, and GT4 racing exhaust along with GT4 aero and suspension modifications. Removal of the muffler provides much better airflow path to the transaxle cooler which is an added benefit. Compared to my previous setup, removal of the muffler lowered the tone of the exhaust a bit and gives it a more aggressive edge. Under 5,000 rpms the exhaust is surprisingly manageable on the street but once you get to 5,000 and above it's all V12 greatness for everyone to hear.
