This upper body workout is perfect to work your entire upper body including shoulders, arms, back & chest. It will definitely give you a better posture, more upper & lower back muscles and strength in your whole core. I used 5 kg each dumbell but you can also do less or more if you want. Combine it with my other upper body workouts for better results.
