Martin Day (Martinstag) is a Tradition in Germany. Each year on the starting of November , thousands of youngs and old celebrate St. Martin's Day.

It's also called as a lantern festival ( Laternenfest).

St.Martin Day is one of the famous tradition in Germany, specially for families with small children, preparing the paper lantern, singing the Martin's songs and participating in the Martin Parade (Martinszug).
