At the U.N. officials prepare for a visit by Soviet Deputy Premier ANASTAS MIKOYAN. arrives at the U.N. and inspects the worlds organisation's offices and setup. Tour was conducted by the U.N.Secretary General DAG HAMMARSKJOLD. At noon the soviet official met with 300 newsman and answered questions
