'Am I too old to train to teach?’ It’s a question we hear aspiring career changers ask all the time.

While the answer is most definitely ‘No’, we wanted to provide the bigger picture.

To that end, we brought together Lucy Kellaway, Britain’s most famous career changer, Dan Morrow, a former film producer who retrained as a teacher and became a head in his 30s, and Sian Griffiths, Education and Families Editor at the Sunday Times.

Together they explore the pros and cons of youth and experience in teaching.
