There are various reasons why there will be pimple like eruptions for pus filled boils in the scalp. First and foremost thing is excessive sweating. People who sweat more are prone to develop pimple like lesions on the scalp which is filled with pus. The pus filled lesions are filled with bacteria or fungus. Coming to the prevention, keeping the scalp clean and tidy, where people with excessive sweating or excessive oiliness on scalp, they should take daily hairwash or weekly twice or thrice is sufficient. So keeping the scalp clean is the first and foremost thing and using an oil before hairwash will keep the hair texture good and using an antidandruff shampoo if dandruff is there, or an antibacterial soap, where the pimple like eruptions are there on the margins of the hair scalp will be helpful. For the pus filled lesions, any antibacterial cream for 3 to 5 days will be helpful or else you have to meet a dermatologist to take proper care of your scalp.
