All our helpers are given a day to accept the job offer & we use a detailed Job Order form so that all information is relayed to the helper in their language.
Our helpers undergo a structured training programme in their respective training centres in terms of cleaning, using equipment, childcare, eldercare, language skills & etc. By matching suitable helpers, we have maintained a high retention rate and kept our transfer rate at zero.
