Expo 2020 Dubai is arguably one of the most outstanding examples of CX on micro, macro and nano levels and I was lucky enough to sit down with Ahmed Al Khatib to explore one of the most provocative and complicated customer experiences ever created.
Expo 2020 Dubai’s epic production comes in at over 438 hectares (or twice the size of Monaco) with more than 40 KPIs related to sustainability, design, construction and operations.
When I inquired about the process of creating an experience of this magnitude, Ahmed amazed me with his approach.
In just a few short years his team researched best practices from around the world, created complex models to form a digital twin city of Expo 2020 Dubai and organized a countless number of partners. Together they efficiently developed every visitor experience at Expo 2020 Dubai down to the tiniest detail
Please join me and Ahmed as he describes how the teams he worked with remained true to their vision of sustainability, mobility and opportunity amidst complex cost management, to deliver a first of its kind experience,
I left our conversation with a new belief that seemingly impossible feats become doable when we maintain a clear purpose and a fearless approach to collaboration.
