In this video I dig over the vegetable plot to prepare the ground for Carrots, Parsnips, Runner beans and Peas. The areas which will grow the Carrots and Parsnips is dug over extra thoroughly to make sure the soil is loose and free of rocks. This will ensure that the roots can easily grow through the soil, which will help them form large straight roots.
