It can be annoying when a car's A/C Vent fins don't all align in the same direction. My OCD tickles a lot when I see this! So I removed the vent, created a replacement part and refitted it so that all the fins align and point in the same direction. It is a common issue with older cars since the plastic deteriorates over time and becomes brittle.
Below are the STL files I created. These are for a Mitsubishi Pajero NS-NW but I have left the files open so you can modify them to suit your particular vehicle. Modifying them is quick and easy using the free online tool called Tinkercad.
