A tank update with emphasis on my Mbuna, and some comments on mixed African Cichlid tanks (mixing Mbuna and Haps/Peacocks) and a comment at the end on "egg crate foam" sponge media.
(Note: I have since determined that the sponge media in this video was not safe to use on the off change that it might have been treated with something that could be harmful to fish. It's best to buy sponges that are specific for aquatic use, see the links below for some sponge sources).
