I've purchased the cheapest, least expensive, thriftiest PLA filament you can find on EBay. Will 9.98 (shipped) get you a decent 1kg roll of 3D Printer filament?

I'll be printing out the full kilogram roll of filament and shooting video of the prints. Questions we'll be trying to answer are if it has a consistent enough diameter, does it bond well layer to layer, and what does the finished print look like.
We'll see if it's garbage or just as good as more expensive products.
