One of a number of duets that the great Dionne Warwick recorded, this one with famed German musician, Dieter Bohlen.

At this time, Dieter had disbanded Modern Talking (essentially a duo of him and Thomas Anders) and was having hits with Blue System. (For example, also in 1991, Blue System reached #12 in Germany with “Déjà Vu”.)

“It’s All Over” reached #60 in Germany. It was also a track on Blue System’s “Déjà Vu” album, which reached #18 on the German album chart.
