The Towab Trail follows the footpath used by a local Ojibwa guide, Towabinassay, many, many years ago. The Towab trail is a fairly easy trail to Burnt Rock Pool, which is a great place to stop for day hikers (and people looking to fish). A 8 km difficult hike remains, if the end goal is to reach Agawa Falls. An enjoyable hike to Burnt Rock Pool for me! Future goal.....Agawa Falls.
