VUCA stands for Volatility, Uncertainty, Chaos and Ambiguity – and these four factors create circumstances where leaders don’t know what to do in the moment.

In the face of that they have to lead a profitable organization! What you really need is to know yourself well enough to inspire other people and build relationships. Because what matters is not when everything is working well. What matters under volitility, is when there’s a crisis, you’ve got people who will dance with you through that storm – who will stay committed.
