2. Never in touch with the ground.
3. Transported in clean boxes and covered tracks from the orchard to the parking house.
4. Wholesome fruits free from rot and visible foreign matter.
5. Free from pests and diseases.
6. Free from strange flavours and with a normal humidity level.
