Ukraine’s call for the EU to investigate Slovakia PM over Robert Fico’s Moscow visit has angered Bratislava. Slovak lawmaker Richard Gluck dismissed Ukrainian President Zelensky’s demand as “absurd,” arguing that Ukraine is violating its EU agreement by obstructing energy deliveries. Fico’s visit to Moscow was centered around securing continued Russian oil, gas, and nuclear fuel. Fico has accused Zelensky of attempting to bribe him with €500 million to support Ukraine’s NATO bid. Zelensky, in turn, questioned how much Russia is paying Fico for his cooperation.
