In this video, I take you through the entire process of milling and finishing an aluminum part, from CAD design to CAM operations. You'll see the machine in action as I use adaptive machining to remove material from both sides of the part. I did the CAD design in Solidworks and the CAM in Fusion 360, showing that even though it's not the ideal workflow, it gets the job done. At the end, I share my thoughts on the process and the final result.
