Ethnic Armenian forces in Azerbaijan's breakaway province of Nagorno-Karabakh have agreed to a ceasefire, a day after a flare-up in the decades-old conflict. Russia's defence ministry said the terms of the ceasefire will be implemented in coordination with Russian peacekeepers. As part of the agreement, separatist forces will have to completely disarm.
