Matthew 1:23

23 “Behold, the virgin shall be with child and give birth to a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel”—which, when translated, means, “God with us.”

How often are we bent over with worry, anxiety and plain flat out fear? Can you imagine the situation with Joseph and Mary, with an unexplainable and seemingly impossible pregnancy on their hands? What about their responsibility of raising the Savior of the world?

But God...He always has a plan and a future for us and He will always supply us with the necessary knowledge and understanding for the task at hand. He has His angels to minister to us, just like he did with Joseph and Mary. In addition, with the birth, death and resurrection of this Immanuel, we have Him (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit (The Great Counselor), whom He sent to us.

Jesus said, "Fear not; just believe."
