This is a video after removing the steering intermediate shaft and performing Toyota service bulletin T-SB-0296-08 using grease kit 04007-76133 @ $12.50. As you can see it is completely silent!! Please see my other two videos to hear what it was like before:

It was very noisy, rattling over any bumps or turning. Very annoying but after using the grease kit it is silent. It took me a couple hours to do the job and you need to be REALLY careful to mark the shafts with a permanent marker to match them up when reassembling or you will really mess you steering alignment up. Luckily I was very careful and my steering wheel to road wheel alignment is still perfect. Please post any questions, this TSB covers many more Toyota models, not just the Camry.
