Join one of our amazing and Nationally Certified Trainers, Lindsey McMullin, for an Active Older Adult Lower Body routine you can do at home! The only equipment needed for this workout is a chair or somewhere to sit and hold on to. All moves can be modified as needed. Enjoy!
