Vegetarian Pizza Stick Recipe
Ingredients:
10-12 pasta tubes (boiled)
Tomato sauce
Shredded cheese (for stickiness)
1 red paprika (sliced)
1 yellow paprika (sliced)
Black olives (sliced)
Corn kernels
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Carefully wrap the boiled pasta tubes around skewers or sticks.
Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the pasta-wrapped sticks.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sauce to help everything stick together.
Add the red and yellow paprika slices, black olives, and corn kernels on top.
Lightly season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil for extra crispiness if desired.
Place the sticks on a baking tray and bake for 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and everything is slightly crispy.
