This soup is very tasty and healthy. I substituted vegetable broth with bouillon chicken cube. If you to make it vegetarian you can add vegetable broth or water.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp ginger/garlic paste
1 small onion finely chopped
1 medium tomato finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup sliced carrots
1 medium zucchini peeled and cubed
4 cups vegetable broth
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
Fresh chopped dill or parsley for garnishing
