These video dives are from the reefs of the NE coast of Tobago, SE Caribbean. Beautiful benthic fauna, lots of fish, low seaweed abundance, and very healthy brain and plate-forming corals. These reefs are dominated by giant barrel sponges (Xestospongia muta) that grow into weird "clam-shapes" rather than the usual barrel shape found elsewhere, perhaps because of the high current at these sites.
