Grip can be clean/jerk or wide/snatch
Dip down into power position
Extend Hips, Quads, Ankles Jumping feet into partial lunge
Press bar overhead as you jump under barbell
Back knee bent with weight on forefoot
Front shin perpendicular to ground
Hips under shoulders, shoulders under barbell
