CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Police arrest a suspect in the shooting of a man inside a Northside barbershop.23-year-old Tracy Washington is accused of opening fire at Hair Options Two on October 11 and injuring Phillip Smith. Police say Smith is still in the hospital, recovering from several gunshot wounds.Police say other customers and employees were inside the time, but they weren't hurt. Washington is charged with felonious assault and gun charges.
