In this video Dave brings you along as he helps his college friend Danny search for his first home purchase. This will be Danny's first foray into the world of real estate investing and home ownership. It's sure to be quite the adventure as they search for, purchase, and renovate his first home.

Working with a tight budget Danny's intent is to hopefully find a home that is under priced and in need of some repair so that he can stay under budget. To do this Danny has enlisted Dave's help along with a real estate agent who is "investor friendly." Dave brings with him a wealth of knowledge from his career in the architecture and construction industries, and wants to make sure his good buddy succeeds in this new adventure.
