A how to pranayama on holding your breath after exhaling and what it's good for:
1) unblocks your nostrils (5 to 6 times should do the trick)
2) increases your focus and alertness (when being too laid-back is not what you need :-))
3) increases conditioning so a great endurance exercise for stamina
4) more functional breathing and overall health
