Bhartiya Janata Party held a protest outside Delhi assembly against new excise policy and involvement of Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia in the case. BJP supporters and leaders were seen standing with placards against the AAP Chief and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia. Earlier, both Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and BJP MLAs started raising slogans against each other over central probe agencies’ action in the Kejriwal government’s excise policy 2021-22 in the assembly. While the BJP raised the issues of the excise policy ‘scam’ by AAP, the ruling party accused the Opposition party of trying to lure its MLAs to topple his government in Delhi.
