When I was growing up, you never heard much about Eastern Europe, other than that it was poor. There was the rich, expensive countries of Western Europe like Switzerland, and then there were the cheap, "backwards" nations like Romania. You went to Western Europe to make money and you went to Eastern Europe for a cheap vacation, and that was that.

Well, one country is really changing up that whole stereotype. What if I told you that there's now a large country in Eastern Europe that has a higher GDP per capita than Spain and Portugal? It's an innovative country with a bright future that people are moving to. Even though it spent the last century being kicked around by it's two much larger neighbors, nowadays...🇵🇱 is being a power all of it's own.
