Have you ever heard the soft, gentle scratching of a fabric and felt instantly relaxed? In the ASMR world, it's a pretty big deal, and it was actually my gateway into ASMR. The fact that the base sounds of most of my recordings come from fabric scratching should tell you how immensely satisfying I find them.
So, using a variety of coloured velvets (crushed, panne, and devoré), I've recorded the sounds of them being scratched and rubbed, run them through my usual filters, and attempted to enhance the deeper sounds emitted.
The result has truly made me proud. It's the sound I might use myself at night—I love it that much. Enjoy!
