Tegoro (guest star Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa) is a Japanese businessman, who frequents bars, loves call girls and knives, even throwing them at Detectives James "Sonny" Crockett and Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs when they ask him about the Asian-related hooker killings in 1989.
