Firefighters in California are struggling to control the Dixie Fire, now the largest wildfire in the U.S., as well as the state's history.

The aggressive flames have ravaged the remote town of Greenville, Calif.

Meanwhile, a state-wide drought means water is sparse, and has to be flown in to the dangerous conditions.

Global’s Jackson Proskow explains what's fanning the flames and how some residents are aggressively reacting to evacuation orders.
