Buttercream Condensed Milk
If you are out of frosting try this easy to make buttercream for your cakes and cupcakes. This Buttercream is creamy, smooth and stable. To make this recipe all you need is a sweetened condensed milk, butter, shortening and vanilla essence. Shortening is optional but it can help stabilize the frosting.
You can also add food coloring to give a colorful look.
1/2 cup butter/margarine
1/2 cup shortening
150ml condensed milk, cold
1 tsp vanilla essence
