Mango pickle is a must have condiment in an Indian household. It goes well with Indian breads such as roti, paratha, and poori. Indian thalis are just not complete without it.

Ingredients:
2 Cups of Raw Mango Pieces
3 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 Cups Homemade Pickle Masala
1 Cup Cooking Oil
1 Cup Jaggery
Directions:
1. Marinate the mango pieces with salt and tumeric powder. Stir and leave it aside for 3 days. Stir everyday once for three days
2. Dry the mango pieces on paper towels for 12 hours
3. Mix the mango pieces and pickle masala (achar masala) together
4. Heat the cooking oil. Let it cool down and add it to the pickle mixture.
5. Use half of the mixture for methia keri and the other half for gor keri.
6. For methia keri, leave it on the counter for three days.
7. Add the jaggery to one half of the pickle. Leave it on the counter for three days.
