The 5th Circuit three judge panel just sided with the ATF and threw out the Texas Suppressor Freedom lawsuit. A lot of people believed that this lawsuit was the path to getting suppressors deregulated nationally and removed from the NFA, so this is not good news, at all, but is the fight over? I think not.
