Composed by Maximo Juguera, CM., The Himno A Nuestra Señora de Peñafrancia or the "Resuene Vibrante" has become the official hymn to the Our Lady of Peñafrancia since 1924 in dedication to her Canonical Coronation. Fr. Maximo Juguera was inspired to write the lyrics of the song while on "vacacion comun" at Lanot, Camarines Norte as intimated by "Los montes proclaman tu gloria y poder..."
The original verses of the hymn was composed in Spanish and a Bicol Translation made by Fr. Maximo, however, the Bicol Translation of Fr. Maximo is lesser known to people.

"Awitan nin hayag na pagcamoot,

The hymn is very known to the Bicolanos for it is their "Love Song" to the Our Lady of Peñafrancia.
