Marshall DSL 40 CR - short video: Cleaning up OD 2 soundmode just by rolling back the guitar´s volume knob. Starting with a Gary Moore like high gain sound on Les Paul´s rhythm pickup (- 0:20) and then switching (0:21) to the rolled back treble pickup to some real vintage tone; no effects or pedals, but the onboard reverb. AMp settings: OD2 gain on 9 o clock/ Volume on 4 o clock/ Treble 9/ Middle full/ Bass/Resonance/Presence 12 o clock
